The team at Little Monkeys are trained to ensure that everyone has fun in a safe environment. The team are there to make sure that our rules of play are adhered to and that all activity areas are monitored for safe use. Failure to comply with the rules may mean that you and your children are asked to leave with no refund.
Parents/Guardians must supervise children using the play facility at all times and are responsible for their behaviour and compliance with the rules of play.
Please report any accidents to a member of the team who have access to first aid equipment.
Children and adults who are unwell must not use the facilities. Please report any incidents of sickness that occur at the facility.
Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.
No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into play areas.
Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children and our managers will enforce them. The playcentre is suitable for children up to 11 years of age and/or 1.45m (4 ft 9 inches) high.
For hygiene reasons children AND adults on the play frame must wear socks.
Only plastic glasses/bottles are allowed in the supervision area. No drinks containers are to be taken into the play area.
Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc must not be taken into the play area.
Personal items must be left with parents/guardians. We cannot accept any liability for theft.
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls of the system structure.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
Clothes with ropes or cords should not be worn in the play area.
Fighting, bullying or harassment will not be tolerated and disruptive guests may be asked to leave.
Please do not play in front of the slide exits.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol and drugs are not permitted and anyone caught using any of these will be asked to leave immediately.
